Ways we can work together
Support is available in person from my Belper therapy room, and online through out the UK, for adults and older adolescents aged 16 and over.
You may already have a sense of what you’re looking for, or you may still be finding the words.
Below, you’ll find practical information about sessions, fees and ways we can work together.

60-minute sessions | £70 per session
Face-to-face therapy is available from my therapy room in Belper, Derbyshire. Whether you choose to meet in person or online, you’ll receive the same thoughtful, compassionate support. Together we can decide which feels the best fit for you and your circumstances.

Online sessions offer the same relational approach as meeting in person. The focus remains on creating a space where you can think, reflect and speak openly at your own pace.
Sessions are held via secure video platform. You’ll need a private, uninterrupted space and a stable internet connection. At the outset, we’ll make sure the practical side feels comfortable and manageable for you. If connection is interrupted, we will have a simple back-up plan in place.
Many people find that online therapy provides flexibility and consistency, particularly during busy or complex seasons of life. Being in your own environment can sometimes make it easier to speak openly and settle into the work.
Sessions usually take place weekly. Further details around payment and cancellation are shared clearly before we begin.
