Ways we can work together

I offer integrative psychotherapy for adults in Derby and online.

You may already have a sense of the kind of support you’re looking for or you may still be finding the words.

Below, you’ll find practical details about session format, length and fees.

  • 60-minute sessions | £70 per session

If meeting face-to-face feels important to you, sessions take place at Willow House – The Cottage, Willowpit Lane, Hilton, Derby DE65 5FN.

The building is signposted as Ora Emotional & Physical Wellbeing Centre. It sits opposite a local nature reserve, offering a quiet and private setting. There is free on-site parking, allowing arrival to feel straightforward rather than rushed.

The therapy room is light-filled and intentionally uncluttered, creating space to settle without distraction. A separate waiting area is available.

Some people find that stepping into a dedicated space — separate from home and work — helps mark the time as their own. A gentle boundary. A place where the work can unfold in its own time.

Sessions usually take place weekly. Further details around payment and cancellation are shared clearly before we begin.

  • 60-minute sessions | £70 per session

Online sessions offer the same relational approach as meeting in person. The focus remains on thoughtful exploration, emotional safety and collaborative work.

Sessions are held via secure video platform. You’ll need a private, uninterrupted space and a stable internet connection. At the outset, we’ll ensure the practical setup feels workable and safe for you. If connection is interrupted, we will have a simple back-up plan in place.

Many people find that online therapy provides flexibility and consistency, particularly during busy or complex seasons of life. Being in your own environment can sometimes make it easier to speak openly and settle into the work.

Sessions usually take place weekly. Further details around payment and cancellation are shared clearly before we begin.

  • 90-minute sessions | £90 per session

Creative supervision offers reflective space for professionals who hold responsibility for others — including allied health professionals, educators and practitioners working in emotionally demanding roles.

It provides time to slow down and think about the relational, ethical and personal impact of your work. Sessions may incorporate creative and reflective materials where helpful, supporting deeper exploration.

This space is not about performance or evaluation, but about thoughtful professional development and emotional sustainability.

This offering will open in Autumn 2026. You’re welcome to get in touch if you’d like to register interest.

  • 90-minute sessions | £95 per session

Couples counselling is offered in person at Willow House, providing a contained and neutral space for both partners.

Sessions provide structured time to explore patterns within your relationship, particularly where communication feels strained, repetitive or emotionally charged.

Together, we slow interactions down and look at what sits beneath conflict, silence or disconnection. The focus is not on blame, but on clarity — helping each partner feel heard while working toward more secure and responsive connection.

This service is planned for 2027. You’re welcome to make contact if you would like to express interest.

A small number of concession spaces are available for NHS staff, teachers, students and trainee counsellors. Please ask if this feels relevant to you.

If you’d like to explore whether working together feels right, we can begin with a brief initial conversation at no cost.

There’s no obligation, simply space to ask questions and consider what might feel supportive for you.

Please note that I am unable to provide crisis or emergency support. If you require urgent help, please contact your GP, NHS 111 (press 2 for urgent mental health support), or local emergency services.
