Reflective Clinical Supervision
A space to pause, reflect and grow.
Root & Rise Therapy offers independent, relational and creatively informed reflective clinical supervision:
For counsellors, psychotherapists, healthcare and allied health professionals, educators, and those working in complex or emotionally demanding roles.
Supervision offers a thoughtful space to explore professional experiences, recognise patterns, consider ethical and relational challenges, and deepen understanding of ourselves within our work.
Available to individual practitioners and through organisational commissioning, supervision is shaped collaboratively around your professional responsibilities and individual needs.
More than a conversation about work
Reflective Clinical Supervision is more than an opportunity to discuss difficult situations or review individual cases. It offers a dedicated space to explore not only what happens within our professional work, but how we experience, understand and respond to it.
Through thoughtful, collaborative reflection, we can begin to recognise recurring patterns, explore emotional responses, consider ethical dilemmas and understand the influence of relationships and organisational dynamics.
Deeper understanding often develops over time. An ongoing supervisory relationship allows experiences to be revisited, different perspectives to emerge and professional awareness to deepen.
Supervision is not about being assessed, judged or told what to do. It is about having space to think, question, reflect and grow within our professional practice.
A relational and creatively informed approach
My approach to supervision is rooted in relationship, curiosity and compassion. I believe meaningful reflection develops through a trusting supervisory relationship, where there is room to explore uncertainty, complexity and the emotional demands of professional practice.
Drawing on integrative psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice and creative approaches to supervision, I offer opportunities to explore experiences from different perspectives. Where helpful, creative methods can provide another way of understanding what may be difficult to express in words.
Creativity is always an invitation, never an expectation.
Our work together is shaped by your professional context, individual needs and preferred ways of reflecting.
