I see you
You’ve like already felt the invitation to pause and reflect.
You might be wondering how this space works and who is guiding it.
This page is about the way I work, and what you might expect in doing this work together.
You don’t have to walk through this alone.
Therapy offers a quiet place to slow down —
to reflect,
to soften,
to untangle what feels heavy,
and to come home to yourself.
My Journey
My work has always centred around supporting people with compassion, dignity and respect. I’ve spent years alongside adults and young people across community, education, NHS and private practice settings — walking alongside them as they make sense of their experiences and reconnect with their strengths.
What matters most to me is the relationship we build: the steadiness, the trust, the safety that allows healing to unfold at your pace. It is an honour to sit with someone as they explore their story and begin to feel more grounded and certain within themselves.
Beyond my clinical work, I’m a wife, mother, grandmother and lifelong creative. The natural world — its rhythms, its rootedness, its quiet beauty — continues to shape my understanding of people. Creativity, too, guides the gentle, reflective pace at the heart of my practice.
